Individualized Professional Coaching for Home Visitors

Home Visitors

Beginning in January 2025, home visitors in the Philadelphia region who serve families with young children will be eligible for free individualized coaching to help them reach their professional and personal goals. The coaching, offered through the Health Federation of Philadelphia’s (HFP) Creating Collaborative Communities (C3) program, will use a strength-based, trauma-informed, and reflective approach to support home visitors in reaching their goals.

Leslie Lieberman, Senior Director of Training and Organizational Development, shared that supporting home visitors is core to HFP’s work. “The Health Federation’s mission is to promote health equity for marginalized communities, and much of that work is focused right here in the Philadelphia region.  Home visitors are an integral part of providing essential human services to children and families. Through this coaching opportunity, we are providing home visitors with the tools they need to amplify the impact of their work.”

Home visitors will be given an opportunity to work with an experienced coach who will guide them on how to set and reach their goals. Sessions will be offered both virtually or in-person and will be available in English and Spanish. Interested individuals should fill out this short interest form to initiate the registration process. If you have questions or require additional information, please email Leslie Lieberman or Ashleigh Ryans.
